Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through the customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you have not yet connected your Telegram account, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment. Once alerts have been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable, as the digital service has been provided.

We do not refund based on trading outcomes: profit estimates are not guarantees.
